How can I renew my animal licence?

STEP ONE


Once you have logged into your eServices account, click eServices. If you did not create an eServices account when you registered your animal, you will not be able to complete this transaction online. See ‘How can I apply for an animal licence?’ for instructions on how to obtain an animal licence using eServices.

Click on ‘Get an Animal Licence’.

You will then see a list of your animal licences.

Click on the ‘Renew’ icon.


STEP TWO

Complete each section. Please see ‘New Animal Licence’ for more details on completing each section.


STEP THREE

Select ‘Shopping Cart’ to proceed to the checkout to process your payment. For steps to complete this process, please see ‘How can I pay for my Shopping Cart?’


STEP FOUR

Once you have successfully paid for your animal application, you will receive an email notification that your animal licence has been renewed.


How do I cancel an animal licence?


STEP ONE

Once you have logged into your eServices account, click eServices. If you did not create an eServices account when you registered your animal, you will not be able to complete this transaction online. Please note, there are no refunds given for cancelled animal licences.

Click ‘Get an Animal Licence’.

You will then see a list of your animal licences.

Click on the ‘Cancel’ icon of the animal licence you are cancelling.


STEP TWO

Confirm by clicking ‘Cancel Licence’.


STEP THREE

Once you have confirmed the cancellation, you will receive an email notification. Please note, there are no refunds given for cancelled animal licences.

The cancelled licence will no longer show up on your eServices dashboard.
